Reports to Sales Manager

 

Our client, a B2B large company is looking for an account manager to look after their SME accounts in their industry. They are a market leader in their field and respected nationally for what they do. Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your client base, you will be tasked with building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, based on always delivering exceptional levels of customer service
  • Phone based account management
  • Speaking to other departments to get information and delivery times for accounts
  • Quotations and admin regarding these accounts.

 

You will have:

  • At least 1year phone-based sales / customer service / Account manager experience in an office environment  
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Fantastic phone manner and a desire to give excellent customer service
  • Experience of use of Word / Excel and you will be IT savvy
