562 – Training Administrator / Office Administrator

£20k - £26k per annum + Benefits + 25 days, plus all Public Holidays + matching pension up to 5%, Life Assurance and Income Protection + Free Parking on Site

Reports to Operations Manager

My client, a Workplace Solutions Client based in Hampshire is looking for a strong, organised administrator or Co-Ordinator to join their busy team who are responsible for training courses nationally.  The team is medium sized and its an incredibly fast paced environment with a professional team who work hard and enjoy the rewards of a good day’s work. 

Your day-to-day job in this administrative support role will consist of:

 

  • You will be the first point of contact for all training courses and support the team with managing these contacts so they can focus on the training courses
  • Provide excellent customer care and display a positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude always with these attendees and students
  • Producing reports from the Inhouse CRM for student enrolments
  • Instructing our Accounts team of students with outstanding payments and manage credit control processes
  • Send out welcome emails to new students and update tutors on student enrolments
  • Maintaining the inhouse education spreadsheets daily.
  • To arrange hard copy material, where requested, for all on-line courses and assignments.
  • To upload, edit and change course materials within our education systems in conjunction with the
  • Education Team and maintain our style and format including content amendments
  • To issue logins to new students
  • Record keeping of complaints – ensuring positive outcome
  • To keep record in CRM of all students’ communications
  • Organising resit papers if required – Keeping record in both education spreadsheet and CRM
  • Additional training ad hoc tasks
  • Manage incoming training queries for the sales team
  • Renewal proposals as required (non-sales)
  • Manage the training database and process all requirements from it

You will be:

  • Experienced in administrative roles supporting medium sized teams as well as diary management, phone-based organisation, and tech savvy!
  • Experienced in using CRMs, in house databases, MS office and comfortable providing high levels of customer service
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple queries at any one time.
