A leading and well-established organisation within the construction and building solutions sector is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join their growing commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business and managing higher-value project opportunities. The Opportunity
Working as part of a collaborative sales team, you will take responsibility for driving regional sales performance, identifying new business opportunities and managing a structured pipeline of opportunities.
This role combines proactive business development, account management and project-based sales, while also contributing to team development and sharing best practice across the wider sales function.
You will work closely with internal teams including sales support, marketing and technical specialists to ensure customers receive a professional and solution-focused service from first enquiry through to project completion.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Generate and convert new business opportunities

Manage a structured pipeline using CRM

Respond to quotation requests and follow up on opportunities

Build strong relationships with contractors, specifiers and customers

Attend client meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions

Support and mentor junior colleagues within the team

Collaborate with marketing on LinkedIn content and brand visibility

Deliver an excellent customer experience from enquiry through to aftercare
What We're Looking For

Proven B2B sales experience (ideally within construction, building products or technical solutions)
