£25k - £35k per annum + Benefits + Flexible working (after probation) + Holidays + Pension

 

Our client, a manufacturing flagship company in Hampshire area is looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join their commercial team.  This is an ideal role for someone who wants to grow into a role with responsibility using digital and traditional marketing and has a creative flair but also enjoys the methodical process of marketing.

 

The day to day role will be:

  • Create and deliver campaigns within guidelines to produce the required return
  • Administration and tasks helping to support the department
  • Build relationships with other stakeholders across the business
  • Generation of marketing material for use internationally
  • Creation of supporting literature, images and documentation using the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Creation and editing of videos using the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Photography and filming of video to support the business where required
  • Organisation of events, seminars, presentations and exhibitions
  • Assist in owning the CRM platform and update where required
  • Website content management
  • Email marketing using CRM system and associated analysis and reporting
  • Digital marketing campaigns including social media and email newsletters
  • Use of Lead Generation and Automated Marketing software
  • Analysis of data where required
  • Other ad hoc work and projects as required by the business


Qualifications:

  • Marketing Degree
  • CIM
  • Time Served in a marketing role with responsibility

 

Essential

  • Experience in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • 5 years’ experience in a Marketing department
  • Experience in using Adobe Premier Pro or Premier Elements or other video editing software
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and updates to websites using a CMS
  • Confident at taking on and being responsible for various small projects
  • Coordinating promotional events
  • Computer literate utilising MS Office software applications
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, strong English language skills with excellent spelling and grammar
  • Flexible with a creative and constructive approach to solving problems
  • Able to proactively work with colleagues within the team to achieve outcomes
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Organised and efficient
  • Able to embrace change, and make improvements to working practices
