If so, our client is looking for a dynamic Director of Business Development to spearhead their expansion efforts in the UK. If you're all about forging meaningful partnerships, navigating healthcare intricacies, and championing innovation, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing: 

  • Crafting Strategies:  Develop and execute a robust business development strategy that aligns with our growth goals and takes the healthcare tech scene by storm.
  • Business Development: Uncover and evaluate exciting new opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations in the dynamic world of healthcare tech within healthcare partners - ie. Private health care (Bupa, Nuffield Health, Spire), GPs, Pharmacies, Health insurance, Personal claims lawyers
  • Market Insights: Dive deep into market trends, keep tabs on competitors, and stay in the loop on regulatory changes.
  • Use your market savvy to shape our strategies, ensuring we remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Build and nurture rock-solid relationships with key players, from healthcare providers to industry influencers.
  • Team up with cross-functional teams to keep clients smiling and ensure our solutions hit the mark.
  • Recruit and lead their stellar sales team in hitting those revenue goals, guiding them through the sales cycle, and sealing the deal.
  • Share your expertise on pricing strategies and help craft proposals that showcase the unbeatable value of their solutions.
  • Seek out and create game-changing partnerships with tech wizards, research gurus, and healthcare trailblazers.
  • Negotiate deals that set the stage for mutual success and innovation.
  • Stay on top of healthcare regulations in the UK, ensuring our products and services are always playing by the rules.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in healthcare tech business development, with a focus on the UK.
  • Inside knowledge of healthcare trends, regulations, and emerging tech.
  • A knack for building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Top-notch communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mind with the power to turn visions into action.
  • History of smashing through and exceeding sales targets
