Business Development Manager / Sales Executive 

Circa - up to £30k Negotiable + Excellent Commission + Benefits

Based - Total Work From Home / Flexible Working  

Reports to MD  - Progression to Sales Director & the opportunity to drive excellent growth within their business!

This client has over 20 years in the industry and the leadership team is warm and focussed on customer satisfaction and they have been reliant on exceptional retention rates to create organic growth yearly. In 2021 / 2022 they now want to share their amazing services with new clients and are looking for a sales person to drive that new business growth and to account manage larger clients for potential opportunity.  Their services portfolio covers everything from business support services such as interpretation, multicultural and digital marketing, SEO and website globalisation to multimedia work, video, and legal translation support. 

Day to Day Responsibilities: 

  • Developing new business relationships and serving as the first level of support to new and existing clients.
  • Develop an effective understanding of the capability, benefits and competitive advantages of services
  • Identify prospective customers and individual organisations to focus on sales activities
  • Develop new client relationships via cold calling, Internet, and trade shows
  • Identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities
  • Promote and educate clients regarding services
  • Provide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with the Project Team
  • Manage and control pricing and contracts with clients

You will be: 

  • Some one polished and professional able to speak to clients on all levels including C-Level decision makers in SME and Large SME businesses. 
  • Some one who can roll up their sleeves, is very focused on driving sales process and creating sales ops processes as the business grows. 
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years in a new business role selling translation services 
  • Interest in or previous experience in Strategic Business Development
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Good analytical skills needed to project revenues, monitor budgets and other necessary calculations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent
  • Languages would be a desirable focus and a passion for travel and cultures! 

Most importantly, the ideal candidate must demonstrate ability to: multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, build strategic relationships with clients and co-workers, work as part of a team, take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service
