Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager

 Based in the Southeast UK

 £25k - £30k per annum + £25k OTE + Car Allowance + Commission + Progression + WFH Hybrid + 25 days holiday +8 days Bank Holiday + Pension + Partnership Training and Development + Mobile + Laptop

 My client, a growing but established Cloud, IT and telecoms company is looking for a confident, dynamic, enthusiastic, ambitious, and quick thinker with a high drive to succeed in a fast-paced growing company.  The role is 100% new business, and this is a growth
 

The Role

  • Planning and calling new prospects and developing new opportunities to a yearly target
  • Scheduling and attending face to face meetings with decision makers
  • Responding to inbound leads, ensuring customers receive quotes and orders are processed
  • Maintaining clear customer records on company CRM
  • Listening to customer requirements, creating detailed proposal documents, and presenting appropriately to make ‘the sale’
  • Working closely with various departments within the company to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and installations
  • Reporting directly to the Sales Director/Manager
  • Full product training, the Company will support you to learn and develop your knowledge of our Telecoms products and give you the confidence to provide customers with account management service and consultative sales processes.

Experience

  • Prior experience in B2B sales or account management would be advantageous, however if you have the ambition and drive to succeed then you would be a good fit for this role.
