As their BDM, you will play a pivotal role in driving their revenue growth and expanding their customer base. 

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Proactively promote their extensive range of courses, resources, and products to existing clients and prospects, achieving delegate targets at conferences and annual update events.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with current customers while continually identifying and pursuing revenue opportunities. 
  • Convert warm leads into sales through your exceptional sales approach and nurturing these accounts
  • Identify and establish new customer accounts, fuelling both business growth and client satisfaction. 
  • Submit accurate and timely revenue forecasts, ensuring seamless planning and execution. 
  • Make outgoing sales calls and manage incoming client inquiries and online chats with finesse, delivering top-notch customer service. 
  • Exceed individual and team revenue targets while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Highlight your excellent customer care skills and maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude always.
  • Organize your schedule to maximize your selling time and minimize administrative tasks. 
  • Work with Marketing to Create compelling client emails that drive sales and strengthen relationships. 
  • Keep your sales pipeline accurately up to date, ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Maintain and update assigned accounts regularly to provide optimal service. 
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Events, Operations, Sales Support, and Administration, streamlining processes and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Fulfil administrative tasks and maintain database systems promptly and accurately. 
  • Provide administrative support to the Event Coordinator, ensuring seamless coordination of venues, materials, and tutors based on delegate numbers

What We're Seeking:

  • B2B full-cycle sales experience, with a proven track record of success. 
  • Punctuality is non-negotiable, always on time for office hours, team meetings, and video calls.
  • Confident in hosting client video calls, demos, and monthly hot topic sessions and leading sales phone calls 
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate account updates and interaction logging. 
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate professionally with all departments. 
  • Computer literate with MS Office applications, Teams, Zoom.  Familiarity with MS Dynamics, Zendesk, Thinkific, and Eventbrite is desirable.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Uncapped commission structure with lower and upper percentage rates, rewarding your sales achievements. 
  • Pension matching up to 5% of your salary upon successful completion of the probation period.

  • 25 days of annual leave, plus all public holidays. 
  • Regular working hours from Monday to Thursday (8:30 am - 5:30 pm) and Friday (8:30 am - 5:00 pm).
  • Hybrid working pattern: 3 days in their Petersfield HQ and 2 days working remotely from the comfort of your own home.
