The Opportunity
As Business Development Manager, you will own new business growth end-to-end.
This is a pure new business role where you will:
• Build and manage a strong national pipeline
• Engage senior decision-makers including Managing Partners, HR Directors and L&D leaders
• Lead consultative sales conversations that add real commercial value
• Close long-term, high-quality client partnerships
You will be selling a proven solution in a market with genuine demand.
