What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and nurturing relationships with architects, lighting designers, interior designers, end‑users, and retail clients
- Presenting beautiful, design‑led lighting solutions with passion, confidence, and flair
- Managing a healthy pipeline of projects and bringing them to life from concept to completion
- Hosting product demos, CPDs, showroom tours, and creative client sessions
- Attending site visits, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Working closely with a warm, engaged internal team who genuinely support your success
- Hitting growth targets while enjoying the buzz of a thriving, creative industry
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 12 months of experience in lighting or another specification‑driven, design‑led sales role
- A polished, friendly, and naturally likeable personality
- Confidence presenting to design professionals
- A strong interest in aesthetics, architecture, or interiors—creative flair is a big plus
- Self‑motivation, organisation, and the ability to build instant rapport
- A valid UK driving licence
