The Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with technical sales flair and a passion for innovation. In this high-impact, client-facing role, you'll be the face of the business — advising pharmacy professionals, understanding their challenges, and demonstrating how intelligent automation can revolutionise their operations.
You’ll take the lead on building relationships, conducting product demos, and driving new business growth with the backing of a solution that genuinely improves lives and workloads.

What You’ll Be Doing

Identifying and engaging with pharmacies across your region to offer tailored automation solutions

Hosting compelling product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs

Building long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers

Collaborating with technical teams to deliver bespoke customer solutions

Representing the business at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Driving revenue growth through consultative sales and first-class service
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in technical sales or business development, ideally within automation, healthcare, or pharmacy

Excellent communication and presentation skills – confident in front of clients and stakeholders

Ability to simplify and convey technical information in an engaging way

Experience within the pharmacy or healthcare sector is highly desirable

Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about solving real-world problems for customers

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
