Content Creator (B2B)

Reports to Marketing Manager

Hybrid Working with visits to Surrey based office. (2 or 3 days in office)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 circa. (Negotiable on Experience) + benefits + pension + Holidays:  20 days, plus all Public Holidays. Rising to 21 days after 1 years’ service), 23 days after 2 years, 25 days after 3 years + Medical Insurance

My client, a training company that has exceptional growth plans in the coming year are looking for a digital marketer / content creator to join their small but dynamic and results focused team. You will be lead on content for multiple brands and optimizing content including email campaigns, landing pages, evergreen blog posts, helpful resources, ad copy, and more.



  • Follow project briefs to write compelling web and print content for our B2B audiences across various media while incorporating our brand voice and meeting the content goals.
  • Be able to create compelling videos to be used across digital platforms
  • Publish final content on the website using a proprietary Content Management System (no coding required)
  • Work with Marketing Executives and Marketing Manager to ensure accuracy of messaging for both companies.
  • Contribute to content brainstorms and the creation of a B2B-specific content calendar
  • Build relationships with external, third-party sources/influencers to collaborate on blog posts and resources
  • Interview external customers and internal stakeholders from different departments to create promotional pieces.
  • Research industry and craft unique messaging by customer type
  • Develop insights from a variety of data sources to identify content opportunities and craft high-value content alongside the greater content team
  • Ensure metrics are in place to measure the impact of the content over time with the target audiences.
  • Consider and contribute to the channels to reach the target audience and ensure the content is relevant, topical and engaging.



  • 2-5 years of professional experience writing web content such as blog posts, news articles, website copy, drip/nurture email campaigns, ads, social media posts, landing pages, and case studies
  • A portfolio of work demonstrating an ability to develop and execute content projects
  • Track record of creating digital content that drives acquisitions and aligns with customer journeys
  • Ability to align style and tone to an established brand voice in a variety of content types
  • Accepts and acts on feedback; learns from mistakes and effectively applies learnings towards future assignments
  • Effectively defines, communicates, and executes high-quality deliverables on time and with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to balance multiple assignments to meet defined deadlines
  • Experience using a content management system (CMS), Familiarity with basic SEO principles would or agency experience is a plus
