Monday to Friday - Based in Hampshire

Reports to Group Commercial Director

This client, a large SME services provider based in Hampshire and the Midlands is looking for a Group Sales Manager to drive growth, recruit and retain sales teams and add value across areas of growth throughout the business.

Primary Role:

To manage, support & Develop the Business Development Team

  • Planning and hitting the given Group Sales targets
  • Accountable for the Business Development Executive(s)(BDEs) achieves/maintains set targets & Key Performance Indicators KPI’s.
  • Responsible for managing, training, developing & motivating the sales team
  • Responsible for the recruitment/induction
  • Responsible for weekly reports/forecast of the BDE(s) pipeline
  • Work with Stakeholders on Delivery of targets and work alongside the strong marketing teams on their campaigns and alongside for successful sales of this marketing

You will have experience in:

  • Team Management, in a B2B Process – including all motivation, engagement and personal development
  • Recruitment, training, and retention of Sales Teams
  • Reporting/Forecasting and Sales Process Management
  • Fluent & experienced with CRM’s
  • Fluent spoken and written business English
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Flexible and committed, Positive self-motivator
  • Confident & fast learner who works well under pressure and strong leadership Skills
