Job Title: Group Sales Manager (B2B Sales)

Location: Hampshire Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum + Benefits + Pension + Hybrid Working + 25 Days Holiday + Life Assurance and Income Protection.

Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Sales Manager to join a prominent business services provider based in Hampshire covering the UK. In this pivotal role, the Group Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth, overseeing the recruitment and retention of sales teams, and contributing value across key areas of business expansion.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage, support, and develop the Business Development Team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed Group Sales targets.
  • Hold accountability for ensuring Business Development Executives (BDEs) achieve and maintain set targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage, train, develop, and motivate the sales team.
  • Lead the recruitment and induction processes for new team members.
  • Generate and submit weekly reports and forecasts on the BDE(s) pipeline.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing teams to align strategies and support the successful execution of marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in team management within a B2B sales environment, including motivation, engagement, and personal development.
  • Demonstrable expertise in recruitment, training, and retention of sales teams.
  • Proficient in reporting, forecasting, and sales process management.
  • Fluent and experienced with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong command of spoken and written business English.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Flexible and committed with a positive self-motivational approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, and exhibit strong leadership skills.
