Head of Sales
Petersfield (3 days Head Office / 2 days hybrid)
£60,000–£70,000 + Quarterly Bonus
The Salespeople Agency is exclusively partnering with a well-established, market-leading organisation within the professional services and financial training sector to appoint an exceptional Head of Sales.
This is a strategic leadership opportunity within a respected, compliance-led business that has built a strong reputation over decades. With multiple revenue streams and an established client base, the organisation is entering a new phase of commercial focus and growth.
They are seeking a commercially astute Head of Sales to shape direction, elevate performance and deliver ambitious revenue targets.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Head of Sales will take full ownership of sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline management and team development.
This role requires a leader who can operate confidently at board level while remaining hands-on in execution.
Core responsibilities include:

Setting and delivering the national sales strategy

Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing sales team

Driving new business growth and strategic account expansion

Managing forecasting and weekly pipeline reporting

Working cross-functionally with Marketing to maximise lead conversion

Enhancing CRM processes, reporting dashboards and data accuracy

Building long-term, profitable client partnerships
This is not a passive leadership role. It requires commercial discipline, accountability and momentum.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful individual will bring:

Proven experience in a Head of Sales or senior sales leadership role

Strong B2B sales background

A track record of consistently exceeding team targets

Advanced CRM knowledge and data-driven decision-making capability

The ability to balance strategic planning with operational delivery

Confidence operating at senior leadership and board level
Experience within professional services, financial services or regulated sectors would be highly advantageous.

The Package
