Based in Newbury + Hybrid Working

Are you great a building relationship on the phone? Would you like a role where you are an integral part of the future development of the sales pipeline? This is an opportunity to build firm foundations for your future career and help shape the future of telesales within a well-established growing business. My client are invested in marketing and growing their brand, and are looking for a resilient, self-motivated person to join the team. You’d be working across multiple divisions, combining nurturing prospects to deliver appointments for our Area Sales Managers with upselling our range of products and managing deals via the telephone. Focused on delivering WOW moments for their customers, they are looking for someone who’s passionate about what they do, ensuring they’re always representing the voice of the customer.

How could you make an impact?

  • Working across different divisions to grow and nurture the pipeline, creating appointments for Area Sales Managers
  • Developing your own pipeline to sell to current and prospective customers
  • Increasing conversion of prospects at the top of the sales funnel, utilising the tools within our CRM to create nurturing campaigns
  • Working with both sales and marketing to develop focused telesales campaigns
  • Carrying our research to build a prospect pipeline
  • Bringing forward your own ideas, becoming an invaluable member of the team

  

What we’re looking for

  • Previous telesales experience, ideally within a B2B environment
  • Experience of managing your pipeline via a CRM
  • A self-starter with lots of enthusiasm
  • Creative approach to problem-solving, who loves working within a team
  • Someone who will get to know our market and product offering, using their growing knowledge to improve conversion
