Based in Portsmouth 
£negotiable + Commission + Benefits  - Realistic OTE - £35k Upwards - £45k - Uncapped 
 
Our client, an IT / Software company is looking for a Key Account Manager to join their team as a senior and integral person in their delivery  and customer success team.  You will be responsible for Key and Strategic Accounts and you will be the key point of contact when a contract is sold in - supporting the sales process, onboarding, training and development and be proactive in your Client Support. 
 
Key Skills: 
  • Creating and Maintaining Key Strong Business Relationships - online and face to face. 
  • Proactive, Positiive, Solution Focused Personaity, polished and someone who truly wants to add value! 
  • Proven track record in closing deals, negotiating retention contracts and confirming renewals. 
  • Strategic thinker with an eye for opportunities & business growth 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Be key point of contact for all accounts in your portfolio 
  • Anticipate and address any issues, with the system, training, contracts etc. 
  • Optimise renewals as required, and identify new leads or opportunities within these accounts 
  • Identify opportunities for expansion in existing accounts 
  • To work with BDMs, Sales Management to re-introduce services to previous clients and re-establish relationships to win back former clients.
