As a Lead Generator, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our IT Supports client base and establishing strong relationships with potential customers.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Prospecting: You will call the warm and cold partnership leads coming through - this is LOW VOLUME strategic calls and not high volume call centre work.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research on target markets, industries, and competitors to identify key pain points and opportunities for engagement.
  • Communication: Initiate conversations with prospects, effectively communicate the value of our services, and schedule meetings or demonstrations with our sales team.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep meticulous records of all interactions and maintain a well-organized pipeline of leads to ensure timely follow-ups and maximize conversion rates.
