The Salespeople Agency is working in partnership with a well-established, growth-focused B2B product and engineering business to appoint a commercially minded Marketing Executive. This is a broad, hands-on marketing role where creativity meets technical precision. You’ll own the delivery of campaigns, content and brand materials that drive awareness, support sales and generate measurable leads across digital and traditional channels.

The Role
You’ll support the execution of the marketing strategy across digital, print and product marketing activity, ensuring consistent brand positioning and effective lead generation.
Key areas include:
Creative & Brand Materials
Producing brochures, literature and promotional assets aligned to brand guidelines
Creating artwork for print and digital channels
Translating technical drawings and specifications into customer-ready content
Digital & Website
Managing and updating website content, landing pages and product information
Supporting inbound campaigns and SEO optimisation
Monitoring analytics and reporting performance insights
Social Media
Planning and delivering structured social content calendars
Creating and publishing multi-channel content
Tracking engagement and performance metrics
Product & Campaign Marketing
Supporting new product launches and messaging
Developing sales campaigns and lead generation activity
Creating marketing collateral for commercial teams
Market Insight
Monitoring competitor activity and market trends
Providing insights to support positioning and strategy
About You
You’re a creative marketer who also understands commercial outcomes and technical accuracy.
You’ll likely bring:

Experience in a B2B marketing role

Strong design capability (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)

Website CMS and digital campaign experience

Solid understanding of SEO and analytics

Excellent copywriting and attention to detail
