The Role:

As a Recruitment Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing an existing client base of lucrative accounts. This role requires dedication and expertise in sectors such as Engineering, Finance, Legal or Commercial. You will be conducting global searches across various time zones, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and nurture existing client relationships.

- Conduct thorough candidate searches using various sourcing methods.

- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for suitability.

- Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process.

- Achieve and exceed billing targets by delivering high-quality recruitment services.

- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.

Requirements:   

- 1-2 years of recruitment experience, must be agency, not internal recruitment experience

- Experience in sectors such as Engineering, Finance, Legal or Commercial is highly desirable.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- Self-motivated and results-driven.

- Willingness to work flexible hours and be available for calls outside of regular business hours.
