Salary: Negotiable + Uncapped Commission
Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a passion for Cyber Security and IT, ready to take ownership of a high-growth desk and build something truly valuable?
We’re looking for a driven, commercially minded 360 Recruitment Consultant to develop and manage a Cyber Security / IT market, working with innovative businesses and top technical talent across the UK.
This is a full lifecycle role – perfect for someone who thrives on business development, building long-term client relationships, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
The Role:
As a Cyber Security / IT Recruitment Consultant, you will:
• Build and grow your own 360 desk within the Cyber Security / IT space
• Win new business and develop existing client relationships
• Manage the full recruitment process from role briefing through to placement
• Source, engage and place high-quality technical candidates
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients in a fast-moving, in-demand market
• Work towards clear revenue targets with full autonomy and support
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (360 preferred)
• Background in Cyber Security, IT, or technical recruitment (ideal but not essential if you’ve worked a strong perm desk)
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• A motivated, resilient and commercially focused mindset
• Someone who wants to grow a desk — not just fill roles
