We’re working with a high-performing, grown-up recruitment business in Portsmouth that’s looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their team. This isn’t a KPI sweatshop. It’s a collaborative, ambitious environment where billing well and enjoying the job are not mutually exclusive.
The Role
Full 360 recruitment – you’ll own your patch and build something that’s yours.

Business development – winning new clients and growing accounts

Managing the full recruitment cycle from brief to placement

Candidate sourcing, interviewing and managing offers

Building long-term, trusted relationships

Developing a strong personal brand in your market
You’ll have autonomy, support, and proper tools to help you succeed.
What They’re Looking For

6+ months recruitment experience (or strong sales experience with hunger to move into recruitment)

Confident on the phone and commercially sharp

Self-motivated, resilient and target driven

Someone who enjoys being part of a team – not just chasing solo wins
