Salary: Up to £50,000 basic (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle within SAP or IT, including:

Building and managing client relationships within your market

Candidate sourcing, screening, and placement

Developing new business opportunities alongside existing accounts

Managing roles across permanent and/or contract markets

Collaborating with colleagues on shared roles and split desks
You’ll have the autonomy to run your desk like a business, with the backing of a strong brand, proven processes, and a genuinely supportive team.
About You

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (SAP or IT preferred)

Comfortable running a full 360 desk or specialising in a key area

Commercially minded and motivated by high earnings
