Salary: Up to £40,000 basic + Uncapped Commission

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant within Tech & IT, you will:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across permanent and/or contract roles

Build and develop client relationships across Tech & IT verticals

Source, engage, and manage high-quality candidates

Win new business while growing existing accounts

Work collaboratively on shared roles and split desks
You’ll have the freedom to shape your desk around your strengths, backed by strong delivery support and a team that understands how to win together.
About You

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (Tech/IT preferred)

Comfortable running a 360 desk or specialising in a key market

Commercially minded and motivated by performance

Team-focused, professional, and relationship-led

Driven by earnings, progression, and quality outcomes
