Our ideal candidate will have: 

  • Strong focus on relationships, customer centric approach
  • Natural rapport building and objection handling
  • Dynamic personality and able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business
  • Great problem-solving skills and sound decision making
  • Strong computer literacy with Microsoft suite and preferably CRM systems
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations
  • Ideally coming from a sale, account management or customer relationship background

Focus of the role: 

  • Primary relationship owner for group of top tier client accounts
  • Negotiating contract renewals
  • Contributing to business growth by upselling existing clients
  • Using strong relationships to resolve customer issues with exceptional support
  • Working towards monthly targets, for yourself individually and as a team
