Salary and Benefits: £22,500 per annum - £26,000 + Commission + bonus + Free Parking + Pension + Birthday off + Quarterly bonus Scheme + Social Events + Netflix / Subscription movies on your breaks + Gym Membership + Coffees / Teas / Snacks in the office  

OTE – Circa £35k per annum (uncapped)

Reports to Sales Manager

My client, a SME but growing start up feel business who have just moved into new offices in Portsmouth are a tech company is looking for a sales executive to join their new team selling their much needed, and exceptional tech product into several key prospects in the UK specifically within the Estate Agent market.

You will be heavily supported by a fantastic Sales Manager who is people focused and by a team of product people who will invest time in getting you to understand the excellent benefits of their product.


  • To generate business growth by promoting this software products and services to independent and group clients in the Estate Agent market
  • You will demo the software over Teams where necessary
  • Ensure the effective onboarding of independent and group level clients goes smoothly
  • Make between 50 – 70 outbound calls daily to prospects, and fundamentally fly the flag of this successful company
  • Engage with prospective clients to identify their needs and demonstrate the benefits of additional product services.
  • Effectively manage data and leads and update the CRM as required
  • Achieve sales and productivity targets as set by this client
  • Assist in the training and support of junior members of the sales team where required.

Experience and skills required:

  • Although sales experience is desired – if you have the resilience, desire to work and a passion for technology – this could be the role for you!
  • Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships
  • Strong computer literacy with a working knowledge Microsoft office suite.
    Ability to work under pressure and exceptional interpersonal skills and resilience
