Internal Sales Manager – Join a Friendly Team
Are you a people-person with a knack for keeping things organised and running smoothly? We’re looking for an Internal Sales Manager to join a supportive, collaborative team at our manufacturing facility in Waterlooville, Hampshire.
This role is perfect for someone who loves being part of a busy sales environment, keeping processes on track, and supporting colleagues to deliver the best service.
What you’ll do:

Keep our sales process ticking: follow up quotes, support the team, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Be the CRM champion: organise the system, encourage team engagement, and help streamline processes.

Coordinate new business leads and make sure opportunities go to the right people at the right time.

Support CPD sessions and ensure all follow-ups and admin are smooth and timely.

Be the go-to person who helps the team shine, keeps things structured, and ensures our customers always feel supported.
Who we’re looking for:

Previous sales experience (construction is a bonus, but transferable skills and enthusiasm count).

Excellent communicator and natural organiser.

A team player who thrives in a friendly, collaborative environment.

Comfortable with IT, especially CRMs and Microsoft Office.
