Business Development Manager 

Hampshire Based  - £35k - £40k per annum + Commission + Benefits

Reports to Managing Director

Essentials:

  • A proven track record of exceeding targets in previous sales roles
  • Previous experience selling print, or other print related services is advantageous
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven, growth mindset approach
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of using the MS Office suite of products
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software
  • Confident, adaptable, and resilient
  • Must be a team player

What will my new role involve?

  • Pro-active and regular client contact/meetings to be undertaken via the phone, e-mail, virtually, or face-to-face as appropriate
  • Presenting new product lines and service revenue streams through upselling and cross selling
  • Identify, prepare and conduct structured client business reviews where there are opportunities for growth
  • Develop new business opportunities in line with the companies’ sales strategy
  • Maintain accurate records through the companies’ CRM system (Workbooks)
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings, if required
  • Negotiate client pricing and work towards achieving and exceeding monthly
