Salary up to £30k DOE + Commission

Bournemouth Based – free parking / Commutable

My client, a SAAS & software provider and a top 50 company in the UK to work for is looking to grow their B2B sales team and are looking for focussed and resilient salespeople who are passionate about sales to join them on their exciting growth plans.

You must be able to work well under pressure, meet targets and deadlines, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.  Your attention to detail will be impeccable. You will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, coupled with strong IT skills – preferably including experience using a CRM system.

Responsibilities:

•       You will be contacting prospective clients by phone and email to introduce this SAAS and working to make contact with Decision Makers to discuss this service.

•       Conduct online demos to discuss the benefits of this product and how it can aid client growth plans.

•       You will consistently work to targets, exceed KPIs and overall drive sales forward for yourself and the company.

•       Responsibility of your own pipeline, constantly improving your sales cycle and delivering orders.

•       You will be building strong relationships with clients to effectively hand-over over to our client success team for client onboarding.

 

You will be:

  • A professional and confident B2C or B2B Salesperson who has worked in the commercial workplace and enjoys the thrill of the chase of a sale and the rewards delivering on sales brings
  • At least 1 - 2 years outbound sales experience in a fast-paced environment
  • You will enjoy extensive sales training, learning and development and enjoy building personal development plans and working to ensure you are getting the benefits this company brings.
  • Be a positive and enthusiastic team member who provides excellent customer service at all times
  • Have good organisational and planning skills
  • Have the ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude
