479 – Telemarketing Executive

Up to £24k per annum + Commission

Based Fareham / Whiteley   / Reports to Managing Director

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven, hardworking, individual who has a strong desire to succeed but have fun along the way. You will need to have experience in b2b telemarketing and sales experience telecoms would be an advantage!  This client wants someone who wants to work towards Sales Director in their business growing a large revenue stream and team around them. You are not just a seat to fill in this business!

The rewards will be uncapped, the progression unlimited and you will have options to create and own this role around you if growth is at the forefront of your day.

About you:

If you work in a sales environment from insurance to car sales to estate agents, then we want to speak to you. Excellent promotional prospects exist for individuals who demonstrate a target driven attitude and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • B2B cold calling to identify business opportunities to qualify as a potential client and set appointments
  • Drive sales through lead generation, prospecting, appointment setting and event registration.
  • Assist MD in writing clear reports for appointments set.
  • Updating and maintaining contact database and CRM.
  • Attending trade shows and Partner events.
  • Updating CRM with notes on progress of converting leads to client appointments
  • Networking events over time, develop into face-to-face sales

Qualities that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Enjoys social networking including LinkedIn
  • Willingness to speak with people on the phone comfortably
  • Able to maintain relationships with Managing Director  
  • A Can-do attitude, self-motivated and desire to be a team leader, sales manager and eventually sales director
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in the Telecommunications industry OR a telemarketing, lead generation or sales role would be preferred
