My client, a SME tech company with exceptional growth plans are looking for a sales manager to recruit, development, performance enhance and motivate their small but very dynamic and friendly sales team.

You will be expected to ensure the business delivers the performance it needs to drive new business and aid growth plans!  


Day to Day responsibilities:

  • You will be asked to input into strategy and also implementing strategic direction and change within the department to generate profitability and sustainable growth
  • You will recruit, people manage, handle disciplinary issues, performance manage, implement inductions and motivate effectively.
  • Provide consistent, relevant and valuable insight into market dynamics including competitors and stakeholders whilst providing valuable market/product trends to managers and executives.
  • The Sales Manager will lead and develop the team to ensure consistency in performance, stability and succession planning.
  • Overseeing the prospecting and development of new business generated through presentation, negotiation and closing as well as managing sales process from point of introduction to close
  • Managing and developing existing client accounts and establishing and maintaining strong business relationships
  • Overseeing the effective upselling of new services to existing clients
  • Tracking and management of current and potential customers through the use of CRM platform
  • Successful execution of defined contact process for qualifying sales leads
  • Responsible for meeting or exceedingly monthly/quarterly/annual KPIs
  • Responsible for providing reports on activity and other quantifiable objective measurements.



  • Minimum of 2+ years proven call centre sales management experience
  • Demonstrable history performance management
  • Experience in developing call centre operations
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proven success producing effective campaigns across markets.
  • Energetic and self-motivated.
  • Consultative selling and coaching style.
  • Master rapport building, handling objections, and professionalism.
  • Experience with systems such as CRM, dialling systems, Excel, Email etc
