Based in Hampshire (Hybrid Working with minimal National Travel)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
