The Role
You’ll take ownership of a remote sales team and play a key role in driving moderate, sustainable growth across the business.
You’ll be responsible for:

Leading and managing a remote sales team of 6+ people

Driving growth through smart sales strategy and commercial thinking

Coaching, mentoring and developing your team

Running engaging sales days, incentives and team challenges

Improving outreach quality and embedding best-in-class call practices

Monitoring performance and activity in an intelligent way (not just dial-counting)
