433 – Delivery Consultant - Engineer Recruitment

Based in Southampton

£24k - £29k + Bonus + Commission + Incentives + Benefits + Parking (OTE £40k - £45k Circa)

Reports to Managing Director

My client, a start-up recruitment agency within Energy and Utilities is looking for a delivery consultant to manage their key accounts they are successfully working with.  This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow with the contract and build your career into a critical role both for our business and for the key clients.  This role also offers, an incredibly varied work life you will not manage the existing delivery of contracts but be involved in critical operations, procedure development and the growth of the contract and the business as a whole.


Day to day responsibilities:

·       Resourcing, interviewing and vetting new operatives for active contracts

·       Interviewing candidates via remote interviews

·       Managing the workforce on boarding process for one to two key clients

·       Dealing with escalated queries from field teams

·       Dealing with front end client queries and dealing with at source

·       Leading the groups novice and trainee solutions to key client

·       Liaising with training partners

·       Promoting the company’s growth through social media and job advertising

·       Correlating contract operational data day to day.

·       Attending and managing new operative inductions

·       Developing existing accounts for further business and advanced penetration

·       Managing existing administrators and growing the resourcing and delivery teams attached to existing contracts and new contract wins.


Key Skills & Experience Preferred:

·       Experience of delivery in a recruitment or workforce environment

·       Strong character able to deal with client management and troubleshooting of contract issues

·       Ambition to grow skills and progress within the company

·       Strong people skills

·       Experience in the Utilities, Energy or construction markets would be advantageous but not essential

·       Experience of managing people would be advantageous although not essential as a full management training scheme is in place for the right candidate.
