Reports to: Marketing Manager

Hybrid Working with visits to Surrey based office. (2 or 3 days in office)

Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 circa. (Negotiable on Experience) + benefits + pension + Holidays:  20 days, plus all Public Holidays. Rising to 21 days after 1 years’ service), 23 days after 2 years, 25 days after 3 years + Medical Insurance

My client, a training company that has exceptional growth plans in the coming year are looking for a senior marketing executive to join their small but dynamic and results focused team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the post holder will support the development the business marketing campaigns. With a focus on managing the communications and experience of prospective clients, ensure a best-in-class customer experience to achieve retention and conversion objectives

You will be able to create compelling and engaging campaigns that will elevate the brands, drive awareness and lead generation that secures new contracts and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving the company’s organic growth through digital & traditional methods.
  • Proactively take a data-driven analytical approach to grow customer lifetime value.
  • Assist with all areas of online and print advertising campaigns and ensure all marketing material/collateral is up to date and meets brand guidelines.
  • Help produce ad-hoc marketing material such as flyers and brochures
  • Implement a marketing plan to drive traffic & increase awareness through socials
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables within strategy.
  • End to end campaign management, including audience segmentation and targeting, campaign execution, budget management and reporting.
  • Production of world-class content for white papers, websites, presentations, award submissions, blogs, podcasts, PR, social media etc.
  • CRM and email marketing- using a data-focused approach.
  • Creation of landing pages.
  • Execute marketing campaigns to improve user experience and generate commercial results.
  • Manage and update the website and social media content regularly.
  • Demonstrate a “continuous improvement” approach using data

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 – 3 years of generalist marketing experience.
  • An entrepreneurial and creative mindset.
  • Experience creating email campaigns and managing social media accounts.
  • Digital marketing and social media savvy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A positive, proactive 'can-do' attitude, able to inspire colleagues.
  • The ability to think on your feet and work proactively on your initiative.
  • Confident, professional and have excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to handle a large workload in a fast-paced environment.
