My client is looking for a skilled Sales Team Leader to join their team in Portsmouth.

The Sales Team Leader will provide leadership, management and development of people across all businesses sales activities. Leading a number of FTE, consisting of internal advisors, the Sales Team Leader will support team members in delivering a friendly, professional and consistently high-quality sales experience for our customers. You will engage with team members at appropriate levels, collaborating to deliver winning, profitable proposals that leverage our company strengths and technology and add value to our proposition for related projects. An energetic, enthusiastic and attentive style with excellent communicative skills will help you to manage internal and external stakeholders and to build your personal brand within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing sales process from point of sourcing and introduction to completion Managing and developing existing client accounts
  • Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships To aid the team in identifying sales opportunities and effectively presenting key features and benefits of product(s) to procure new business
  • Tracking and management of current and potential customers through the use of CRM platform
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly/ quarterly /annual KPIs
  • Responsible for providing reports on activity and other quantifiable objective measurements Perform other job-related duties as required Skills:
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills across all mediums Software presentation skills Excellent planning, organisation and coordination skills Ability to quickly adopt relevant product / service / commercial negotiation skills at all levels (financial, people, technological)

Requirements: Minimum of 2+ years proven call centre sales management experience Demonstrable history performance management Experience in developing call centre operations Fluent in English, both verbal and written Proven success in producing effective campaigns across markets Energetic and self motivated Consultative selling and coaching style Master rapport building, handling objections, and professionalism Experience with systems such as CRM, Dialling Systems, Excel, Email Benefits: Prestigious company with strong career growth opportunities.
