Salary and Benefits: £21,000 per annum + Commission + bonus + Free Parking + Pension  - OTE – Circa £28k per annum

My client, a small but growing start up feel business, tech company is looking for a trainee sales executive to join their new team selling their much needed, and exceptional tech product into a number of key prospects in the UK. You will be heavily supported by a fantastic Sales Manager who is people focused and by a team of product people who will invest time in getting you to understand the excellent benefits of their product. If you haven't got extensive sales experience and want an opportunity to try in a supportive environment - this is the company to approach! 
Responsibilities:

  • To generate business growth by promoting our products and services to independent and group clients.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company at all times.
  • Ensure the effective onboarding of independent and group level clients
  • Engage with prospective clients to identify their needs and demonstrate the benefits of additional product services.
  • Ensure retention of business through a compliant and transparent sales process and the inclusion of fixed length contracts at point of sale.
  • Effectively manage data and leads
  • Achieve sales and productivity targets as set by this company

Experience and skills required:

  • At least one year of customer service  - B2B or B2C Sales experience on the phone / demo or video or in a retail environment or you will be a recent graduate looking for a career path 
  • Ability to persuade, negotiate and engage in order to effectively close a sale.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships
  • Strong computer literacy with a working knowledge Microsoft office suite.
    Ability to work under pressure
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and resilience
